Elemental Estimates

Your Elemental Estimate will be completed within 2 working days of receiving your working drawings. The estimate will be emailed to you after we have received payment.

Bill of Quantities

We can normally have your completed estimate back to you within 2 weeks of receiving your Architectural Drawings and Engineering.

Once we have received this info we check the type of job, size of the job, and make sure we have the necessary information to complete a Bill of Quantities or Cost Estimate. If so we’ll issue an invoice for the required work. Once you pay the invoice our Quantity Surveyors will begin the takeoff. They will measure all of the elements in the Architectural Drawings and Engineering, then set about pricing the components that make up the elements.

Once your takeoff is completed it is reviewed by another team member to ensure accuracy. The estimate will then be emailed through to you.

Standard

A standard house is a new home constructions built with a concrete slab on level ground, truss roof and simple shape, with up to 350m2 floor area.

Non-standard

Non-standard falls outside of the above description and requires extra effort, the amount of which is different in every case.
